ONDA – what is it?

ONDA – how does the procedure work?
The ONDA treatment involves massaging a selected area of the body with a small head (the skin is first cleansed and lubricated with glycerin, and sometimes hair shaving is necessary). Two heads are used for the treatment: one works in a more shallow, superficial way to improve skin tone, while the other reaches deeper into the fatty tissue, reducing excess fat and stubborn cellulite. The cooling system protects the skin from overheating, and the procedure is comfortable for the patient.
ONDA – how to prepare for the procedure?
- The procedure does not require special preparation, but it is a good idea to drink more water (even 2-3 litres a day) for at least 5-7 days before the procedure to improve the process of removing damaged fat cells from the body.
- On the day of the procedure, avoid drinking alcohol and coffee, and do not take anti-inflammatory drugs.

ONDA – recommendations after the procedure
- The patient can return to daily activities immediately after the procedure.
- Drink large amounts of water (preferably 2-3 litres a day) after the procedure to improve the removal of “dissolved” fatty tissue from the body.
- Follow a light diet so as not to put additional strain on the liver, whose job is to efficiently remove damaged fat cells from the body.
- For better and faster results, it is also worth moving more. You can also undergo a series of drainage treatments.
