Various programmes are available – for beginners, standard and professional, as well as high intensity for specific body parts (abdomen, buttocks, legs, and arms).

The recommended treatment plan depends on the condition of the skin and muscles, but we usually recommend performing 6 to 8 treatments at a frequency of twice a week. Afterwards, it is a good idea to come to the clinic once a month for a so-called “booster” treatment to maintain the effect.
